Once you place an order, you agree to accept the terms and condition.

訂購 ORDER

1. 請於網站上選購甜品，並加入購物車。
   Choose your favourite product and add to cart.
   
   
2. 請選擇取貨方式、訂購日子及時間。
   如當日我們休店 或 訂單已滿， 日曆上的日子將會顯示為「灰色」，表示當日不會再接訂單。
   Choose your order date and time before you check out. 
   The date on the calendar will be blocked out if our shop is closed OR the booking is full.
   
   
3. 下單完成後，你將會收到確認電郵。如沒有收到電郵，請盡快與我們聯絡。
   You will received a confirmation email once you place an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not.
   
   
4. 我們沒有發售現貨，請需於最少5日前下單（08:00 截單）。
   We only take order in advance as we handcraft each of your orders. Please order at least 5 days in advance (Cut-off time: 08:00).
   
   
5. 所有訂單一經付款確認，我們恕不接受取消訂單及退款。如需更改取貨日子，請必須於最少3天前通知我們，否則需收取行政費用。訂單確認後，我們保留拒絕更改取貨日子及時間的權利。
   No cancellation or refund would be accepted once the order is confirmed. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need to change the pickup date or administration fee will be applied. We reserve the right to decline any reschedule requests due to limited order availability.
   
   

自取 SELF PICK UP

付款 PAYMENT

我們接受Payme、 轉數快及銀行過數付款。

我們不接受訂金。所有訂單需要先付全數以作確認。

We do not accept deposits. Please pay in full terms for all orders.

惡劣天氣安排 BAD WEATHER POLICY

 當八號或以上烈風或暴風信號 或 黑色暴雨警告正在生效，取貨及送貨服務將暫停 。如因惡劣天氣導致未能發貨，我們將會聯絡您更改取貨日期。我們恕不接受因惡劣天氣而取消或退款。

In case of black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above, delivery and pick-up will be suspended. We will contact you to make new delivery and pick-up arrangement. We do not accept cancellation and refund due to bad weather.

退款政策 REFUND POLICY

所有訂單一經付款確認，我們恕不接受取消訂單及退款。
No cancellation or refund would be accepted once the order is confirmed. 

如我們的產品在送貨的過程中有任何損毀，本店恕不負責或退款。
We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage of the products caused during delivery.

其他 MISCELLANEOUS 

我們所有產品均在持牌食物製造廠製作。
Our products are produced in Licensed Food Factory.

所有產品均為手工製作，製成品或跟網站圖片略有不同。網站圖片只作參考之用。
